15 min elliptical to stretch out followed by:
1. 45 calorie row
2. 45 DB thrusters (matt at 35#, alyssa at 15# each)
3. 45 dips
4. 45 squats
5. 45 calorie row
6. 10 burpees (just because Matt hates them so much and that makes me laugh)
