RElliptical 15 min warmup
(Tried the "MMA" mode on medium intensity and level 16/ 3 rounds - $&¥%}*~€!!!!!!!! So hard!)

Amrap 15 minutes:

5 Burpees
10 Pushups
15 Situps
20 Squats

Lys 6 rounds (16:32)
M 6 rounds
